Complex trauma or treatment-resistant symptoms
Incorporating optional table work (trauma-informed touch)
Deeper exploration of early attachment wounds

75-Minute Sessions (Recommended)
Build foundational group safety
Practice co-regulation in shared space
Explore patterns of protection and connection
- Learn body-based communication tools
- Engage in trauma-informed relational dynamics work
Example: Recognize and support a “shut down” response in the group as a nervous system freeze pattern.
