55 Minute Sessions
- Building foundational nervous system awareness 
- Addressing acute stress or maintenance after intensives 
- Those new to somatic work 
What Happens:
- Body Mapping – Identify where trauma lives physically (e.g., clenched jaw = incomplete fight response) 
- Micro-Regulation – Small movements/breath patterns to discharge trapped energy 
- Resourcing – Strengthen your capacity to handle triggers between sessions 
85-Minute Sessions:
- Complex trauma or treatment-resistant symptoms 
- Incorporating optional table work (trauma-informed touch) 
- Deeper exploration of early attachment wounds 
Somatic Group Experiences
70-Minute Sessions (Recommended)
- Build foundational group safety 
- Practice co-regulation in shared space 
- Explore patterns of protection and connection 
- Learn body-based communication tools
- Engage in trauma-informed relational dynamics work
Example: Recognize and support a “shut down” response in the group as a nervous system freeze pattern.
